Arrive between 2-3pm

  • Welcome tea & treats
  • Settle into your private sanctuary w our curated playlists

  • Choice of:
  • Thermal immersion at Aqua Ignis - Sauna, Steam, Magnesium & Cold Plunge.
  • In-house 60 minute holistic massage ($60 supplement)

  • Nourishing evening meal
  • Gentle yin yoga suggestions + reflective journaling

Optional - Evening soak in the outdoor bath.

This first night is about exhaling and inviting deep rest.

DAY 2

  • Morning meditation
  • Nourishing breakfast

Awakened Life Session with Holisitic Therapist (1.5 hrs)

  • Nourishing lunch & snacks

Reiki & Superconscious Recode
Session (1.5 hrs)

Energetic reset and subconscious integration.

  • Rest or hike - solo integration time
  •  In-house nourishing dinner
  •  Soak in the outdoor bath beneath the sky

This is the day of recalibration.

  • Morning meditation
  • Nourishing breakfast

Opportunity to journal & continue creating from your Awakened Life Session. 

  • Departure by 11:30am
  • Local Hikes & class recommendations to help integrate your inner work before returning home.

Guests leave steady, clear, and resourced — without feeling rushed.
